The country’s titans in real estate gathered at the 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards anniversary gala to celebrate local property development, architecture, and design. And bringing home the top prize was none other than Robinsons Land, which was named Best Developer for the first time by PropertyGuru.

Some properties under Robinsons Land received special recognition, especially the Bridgetowne Destination Estate, Montclair Industrial Park, Forbes Estates Lipa, and work.able Exxa-Zeta Center. After winning Best Developer in the Philippines award, Robinsons Land will go on to compete in the Best in Asia title at the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 9.

Presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints, this year’s black-tie event also honored Lourdes Josephine Gotianun Yap, president and CEO of Filinvest Development Corporation, as the first female recipient of the Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year award. Filinvest is considered one of the world’s top women-led firms.

“We are happy to mark a decade of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards by celebrating and recognizing the developers and design practices that have exemplified Filipino excellence, ingenuity and creativity in their portfolios and projects,” said Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events.

Other winners include AppleOne Mactan, Inc., Asian Residential Holdings, Corp., Priland Development Corporation, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation, Damosa Land, Inc., and Golden Haven Memorial Park, Inc.

“The awards have become more diverse with accolades for eco-friendliness, connectivity, health, wellness, and other features desired by Filipinos around the world. The 10th edition of our awards program in the Philippines is a great occasion to elevate the achievements of Filipino developers and designers to the global stage,” said Hari V Krishnan, CEO and managing director of PropertyGuru Group.
